The English forward close to agreeing new contract at the club
Manchester United are on the verge of reaching an agreement with Marcus Rashford over new long-term deal, with the England forward expected to become the club’s highest earner.
Rashford, who scored 30 goals in all competitions last season, is about to enter the final year of his current deal at United that is worth an estimated £250,000 a week. The Englishman’s performances are expected to earn him a hefty pay rise as talks between United and his representatives near their conclusion. Manchester United are set to offer Rashford a £375,000-a-week contract – replacing David de Gea as the club’s top earner.
