Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Tottenham have all expressed their dedication to the current tournaments they participate in.
In response to Thursday’s decision by the European Court of Justice, the Premier League has rejected the idea of a European Super League.
The judges stated that UEFA regulations prohibiting the establishment of new competitions like the European Super League violated EU law. However, they also noted that this does not necessarily mean that such a competition would be approved.

The Premier League has made it clear that they do not support or endorse the concept of a “European Super League” and will continue to oppose any such proposal.
The European Court of Justice’s Grand Chamber was tasked with determining whether UEFA and FIFA violated competition laws by impeding the establishment of the European Super League in 2021 and subsequently attempting to penalize the involved clubs.
Criticism was directed towards the initial 2021 Super League proposal due to its “closed” structure, which would have granted immunity from relegation to 15 founding clubs.
In response to this backlash, organizers of the European Super League unveiled their revised plans.
